Christmas Closure
When is your order cut-off for Christmas?
Orders must be placed by 1pm on Thursday 19th December for your order to arrive before Christmas.
Orders placed after this date will be shipped from 2nd January 2025.
Are you open over Christmas?
Our office and warehouse are closed from 21st December 2024 until 2nd January 2025.
Delivery Times
How long does shipping take?
We use trusted couriers to dispatch our orders. For the UK and Europe, we aim for your order to be with you within 3-5 working days.
For the USA, please allow for up to 5-7 working days.
During sales and busy periods, please allow us an additional few days before enquiring as there may be delays.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We don't currently offer next day or express delivery. We aim to have all our deliveries dispatched the same day as long as the order is placed before 1pm.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your location.
Customs charges are not included for International orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over £150 in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on International orders at this time.

Order Tracking
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you should receive an automated email from the courier with your shipment confirmation and tracking details.
Can I change my delivery address?
We cannot guarantee any changes after an order has been placed. If you need to update your address, please contact us at nailteam@glossify.co.uk, and our customer service team will assist you.
I've missed my delivery, what can I do?
Our courier DPD will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery by email. If you miss the first delivery they will attempt a second time. After this, the parcel will be reconsigned to our warehouse. If you would like for us to re-send the parcel you are subject to cover the return cost as well as extra charges.
Returns
What is the returns policy?
Unless the item you have received is faulty, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any cosmetic or nail products. Please find our returns policy here.
Klarna
How do I pay later with Klarna?
Klarna Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days is available for orders over £150 (after any discounts have been applied but including shipping). If your order is eligible, the Klarna payment type will show at checkout.

Payl8r is a payment option that lets you spread the cost over a time period to suit you.
How do I use Payl8r?
